What to Bring
Wear whatever feels soft, comfortable, and free to move in (layers are lovely)
A yoga mat or blanket for floor work (we’ll be moving, and resting close to the earth)
A journal or notebook (for any thoughts, drawings, or whispers that want to land)
Anything that helps your body feel even more held and comfortable — a favorite shawl, cozy socks, water bottle, or small comfort item.
